Blogging experience to open my personal blog

This is not my first blog, but this is the first personal blog that I created. Previously I've made a few blogs in various niches in Indonesian and English. Such sisidesa.com, blogkuliner.cf, fasaflora.com, and online bookstores ninabobook.com.

I'm interested in the blog when I was in high school, I had to make a personal blog using blogger platform and also kompasiana. But a few years later when I was in college, I remove all of the blog.

In 2011 create a blog but not for me, but for the promotion of one of the activities at the time. Then in 2014, I made a blog sisidesa.com using wordpress platform, with the aim of fulfilling my curiosity and want to have my own .com domain.

When I started using a blog in 2014, I learned a lot in the internet world. I understand the use of domain and hosting which I bought, I can operate wordpress from installing to publish content that I have created.

I learned a lot through blogging, I know the blogs or websites have tremendous potential as a medium for publishing, marketing, and the various other purposes. Even many people who make the blog as a profession and make money from their blogs.

Although the blog has considerable influence, but I think blogging is also quite difficult. Indeed, what is important is to provide quality content and attract readers. But what needs to be done not only creating content, but also have to promote your blog or the content. Imagine if we create quality content and interesting, but no one sees or reads the content that we create. So for that promotion needs to be done such as advertising and SEO techniques.

Well, I learned it from advertising using facebook advertising to increase visitor of my blog. Then I learned a lot with Google Adword ads. Google Adwords than I was able to utilize search engine marketing and display ads.

As well as SEO, I learned the importance of Search Engine Optimization for a website or blog. It seems to me that free advertising, because without requiring the cost of advertising but we were able to bring more visitors to your blog or website. However, it is difficult to do.

And most important of all is when I learned to make quality content and interesting. Create content that is interesting in this case is the content different from another website or blog. Moreover content should also be useful for example satisfy the curiosity of the reader, because readers are looking for something on search engines to get something they need or want. If they open a blog or website and its contents turned out disappointing or not in accordance with expectations, then they will immediately shut down the blog that opened them. They will not come back again to visit our blog or website.

So that was my experience when I first knew blog. Start blogging and self-taught. Finally  I found how to use blogs for specific positive goals.
